    The Makita BO004CG 40V XGT 125mm Brushless Random Orbit Sander from ITS is a lightweight and versatile disc sander with an external battery connection.

    Unlike other similar style sanders, the BO004G’s battery unit is at the end of an adapter unit that can be clipped to your belt.  By doing so, it massively reduces the size and weight of the sander which results in better manoeuvrability and control.

    From the top of sander to the sanding pad, it is only 96mm in height ensuring that as a compact tool, you are give the freedom to easily move it around your work surface.

    The sander produces a 3.0mm eccentric diameter while the speed  of the sander won’t lessen, even under load thereby providing consistent performance.  Supplied with a pad saver, this prevents clogging of the sander resulting in continuous operation.

    Thanks to the inclusion of the brushless motor, the BO004G delivers 6000-10,000 rpm no load speed with a 3.0mm eccentric action.  Dust is collected neatly into the supplied dust bag, although an external dust extractor can be connected for efficient extraction.

    Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) allows the connection to a compatible dust extractor for automatic start-up and shut down via Bluetooth. This saves time and power – using only what is required.

    At the heart of this Sander is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently.  As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.

    The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.

      In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations and/or you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, we will only accept returns within 30 days after receipt.

      All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Your return must also include all accessories supplied with the original product. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damages in transit as this could result in the return not being accepted. 

      If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email for a returns number and return address. Failure to include the return number with the return may delay the refund.

      You must pay for postage and use a tracked postal service.

      We can collect unwanted items. Charges apply for size and location. Failure to meet us for collection will also result in a charge.

      Returning your item without the returns number will result in a processing delay.

      Incorrectly Supplied Items:

      Unfortunately, we can make a mistake and send you the incorrect item. Should this happen, please fill out the returns form within 48 hours of receipt and email for a returns number and return address. Failure to include the returns number with the return may delay the refund.

      We will send you a returns label or arrange a collection as soon as possible and get the replacements arranged.

      Faulty/Damaged Items:

      If you receive a damaged item, please ensure the parcel is signed for as damaged and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In addition, please take photos of the damage and email them to us

      If your item is faulty upon receipt, please email us, and we will send arrange collection for the item to be returned and inspected. After inspection and once we are satisfied there is a fault, we will either replace the item or arrange for a full refund of the item.

      Should your item become faulty within 30 days, please follow the same procedure as above.

      After 30 days, our tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1 year to 2-3 years. We advise registering all tools after purchase to benefit from an upgraded warranty. You can also return your items direct to the manufacturer
